This plan is a kick-start to weight loss, it also gives you the techniques for a healthy lifestyle and habits that will help you progressively reach your weight loss goals

Based on a 6 day Thalasso package / 24 treatments

  • 1 Appointment with a fitness coach, including an introduction E-GYM and setup of the wristband at the start of the treatment program at 8:30 am.
  • 1 Personalized Nutrition Check up from the Nutritionist
  • 3 Affusion Shower Massages or Physiotherapy Massages
  • 3 Seaweed Body Wraps
  • 12 Hydrotherapy treatments amongst the following: Jet Bath with Seaweed, Affusion Shower, Marine Draining, Underwater Shower, Ondorelax or Big Shower
  • fitness coaching sessions (30 min): Circuit training with E-GYM and Stretching / Mobility.
  • 3 pool sessions (30 min): Aquatic Training or Swimming.
  • 1 End-of-stay assessment with the fitness coach: Personalized workout program and advice.

Your stay

Your treatments are preset and programmed alternately in the morning or afternoon. The medical examination is included in all our health programs. For other programs, it is highly recommended especially in case of particular pathology.
